Is Your Teen or Young Adult Struggling to Keep Up?
You've noticed the signs:
They're avoiding social situations or struggling to make friends
School or work feels overwhelming and they're falling behind
Simple tasks like planning their day or managing money seem impossible
They're stuck in old patterns and you're not sure how to help them move forward
You want them to thrive, but traditional therapy hasn't quite clicked. They need something different—something practical, hands-on, and built for real life. Every young person deserves support that actually works for them, not one-size-fits-all approaches
Practical Support That Goes Beyond the Therapy Room
I'm Ola, and I work with teens and young adults (ages 12-25) right where they need it most—in their community, at school, or wherever life happens.
Through one-on-one therapeutic coaching, we work together on:
Building confidence in social situations
Developing life skills like budgeting, cooking, and time management
Job search support and career exploration
Learning to navigate public transit and community spaces
Planning for independence and adulthood
What makes this different?
I meet your young person where they are—literally and figuratively. We don't just talk about challenges; we work through them together in real time. Whether they're neurodivergent or neurotypical, I create a strengths-based approach that celebrates what they're already good at while building new skills.
Help Your Teen or Young Adult Navigate Life with Confidence, Even If Traditional Therapy Hasn't Worked
Real Progress Looks Like This
Imagine your young person:
Confidently navigating their community independently
Building meaningful friendships and social connections
