Help Your Teen or Young Adult Navigate Life with Confidence

One-on-one support that meets them where they are—building real-world skills for school, work, friendships, and independence.

Hi, I'm Ola

I became a therapeutic coach because I believe every young person deserves support that actually fits their life—not just a one-size-fits-all approach.

My background includes:

  • Registered Social Worker (RSW,MSW)

  • Specialized training in working with neurodivergent youth

  • Years of experience helping young people transition to independence

  • Part of the InnerWorks multidisciplinary team

What drives my work:
I've seen too many capable young people get stuck because they didn't have the right support at the right time. My job is to help them discover their strengths, build practical skills, and gain the confidence to move forward—on their terms.

I work as part of the InnerWorks team, which means your young person benefits from our collaborative approach. I'm supervised by experienced clinicians, and we can coordinate with other services your family might be using.

Is Your Teen or Young Adult Struggling to Keep Up?

You've noticed the signs:

  • They're avoiding social situations or struggling to make friends

  • School or work feels overwhelming and they're falling behind

  • Simple tasks like planning their day or managing money seem impossible

  • They're stuck in old patterns and you're not sure how to help them move forward

You want them to thrive, but traditional therapy hasn't quite clicked. They need something different—something practical, hands-on, and built for real life. Every young person deserves support that actually works for them, not one-size-fits-all approaches

Practical Support That Goes Beyond the Therapy Room

I'm Ola, and I work with teens and young adults (ages 12-25) right where they need it most—in their community, at school, or wherever life happens.

Through one-on-one therapeutic coaching, we work together on:

  • Building confidence in social situations

  • Developing life skills like budgeting, cooking, and time management

  • Job search support and career exploration

  • Learning to navigate public transit and community spaces

  • Planning for independence and adulthood

What makes this different?
I meet your young person where they are—literally and figuratively. We don't just talk about challenges; we work through them together in real time. Whether they're neurodivergent or neurotypical, I create a strengths-based approach that celebrates what they're already good at while building new skills.

That's what we're working toward together.

  • Therapy typically happens in an office and focuses on processing emotions and past experiences. Therapeutic coaching is active, practical, and community-based. We work on building real skills in real situations. Both are valuable—sometimes you need both.

  • Absolutely! Many young people benefit from both traditional therapy and therapeutic coaching. I coordinate with other providers to make sure we're all supporting your young person effectively.

  • That's completely normal. Let's start with a conversation—no commitment required. Sometimes just meeting me helps them realize this isn't as intimidating as they thought.

  • No—I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical young people. Anyone who could benefit from practical, hands-on support is welcome.

  • It varies based on goals and needs. Some families work with me for a few months, others for a year or more. We'll regularly review progress and adjust as needed.

  • Wherever makes the most sense! This might be your home, community spaces like coffee shops or libraries, job sites, or places where your young person needs to build skills.

  • Yes! I work with young people on resume building, interview preparation, workplace social skills, and maintaining employment once they get a job.

  • Normal transportation within London is included in session fees. If we're working specifically on bus training or transportation skills, that's part of our work together.
