Therapy typically happens in an office and focuses on processing emotions and past experiences. Therapeutic coaching is active, practical, and community-based. We work on building real skills in real situations. Both are valuable—sometimes you need both.

Absolutely! Many young people benefit from both traditional therapy and therapeutic coaching. I coordinate with other providers to make sure we're all supporting your young person effectively.

That's completely normal. Let's start with a conversation—no commitment required. Sometimes just meeting me helps them realize this isn't as intimidating as they thought.

No—I work with both neurodivergent and neurotypical young people. Anyone who could benefit from practical, hands-on support is welcome.

It varies based on goals and needs. Some families work with me for a few months, others for a year or more. We'll regularly review progress and adjust as needed.

Wherever makes the most sense! This might be your home, community spaces like coffee shops or libraries, job sites, or places where your young person needs to build skills.

Yes! I work with young people on resume building, interview preparation, workplace social skills, and maintaining employment once they get a job.

Normal transportation within London is included in session fees. If we're working specifically on bus training or transportation skills, that's part of our work together.
