Your Child Deserves Connection. You Deserve Support.

Parenting a child who struggles socially, emotionally, or with everyday challenges can feel isolating and overwhelming. You've tried everything, and you're wondering if anything will actually help.

At InnerWorks, our therapeutic groups give kids and teens the social skills, confidence, and community they need to thrive—while giving you the support, strategies, and hope you've been searching for.

How It Works

Step 1: Choose Your Group Browse our therapeutic groups for children, teens, and parents below. Each group addresses specific challenges, from social anxiety to autism support to new motherhood.

Step 2: Register & Get Started Click on any group to learn more and register. Most groups are eligible for insurance, OAP funding, or Passport funding. Several groups are completely free.

Step 3: Watch Them Grow As your child or teen participates, you'll see real progress: new friendships, stronger communication skills, and growing confidence. You'll feel less alone in the journey.

Find the Right Group for Your Family

Real Progress. Real Connection. Real Hope.

Don’t Let Isolation Define Their Childhood

Without support, social struggles often worsen. Children who feel isolated develop anxiety, low self esteem, and difficulty forming relationships that follow them into adulthood. The longer you wait, the harder it becomes.

But it doesn’t have to be this way.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

  • Read the descriptions on each group page, or email us at hello@innerworkslondon.com.

We're happy to help you find the best fit based on your child's age, challenges, and goals.

  • Most fee-based groups are eligible for private insurance (social work or psychotherapy coverage), OAP funding, or Passport funding. We provide receipts for all paid sessions. Our ASD parent groups and Motherhood Meet-Up are completely free.

  • That's completely normal! Our facilitators are experienced at helping hesitant or anxious kids ease into groups. Many children who were nervous at first become regulars who look forward to each session.

  • Yes! Most groups are open to both current clients and new families. Groups are a great way to try our services or supplement existing individual therapy.

  • Drop-in groups (like Social Skills, Teen Hangout, Vibe & Connect) allow you to register session-by-session with no long-term commitment. Commitment-based groups (like the 4-week and 9-week programs) require registration for the full series to ensure continuity and deeper skill development.
