Step 1: Choose Your Group Browse our therapeutic groups for children, teens, and parents below. Each group addresses specific challenges, from social anxiety to autism support to new motherhood.

Step 2: Register & Get Started Click on any group to learn more and register. Most groups are eligible for insurance, OAP funding, or Passport funding. Several groups are completely free.

Minecraft Ages 7-12

Lonely at recess. Struggling to make friends. Meltdowns over group work. If your child is socially isolated, Minecraft Social Skills Group turns their favourite game into a bridge to real friendships and confidence.

This group uses Minecraft as a therapeutic tool to build social skills, teamwork, and emotional regulation for London, Ontario, kids aged 7-12.

    We're happy to help you find the best fit based on your child's age, challenges, and goals.

  • Most fee-based groups are eligible for private insurance (social work or psychotherapy coverage), OAP funding, or Passport funding. We provide receipts for all paid sessions. Our ASD parent groups and Motherhood Meet-Up are completely free.

  • That's completely normal! Our facilitators are experienced at helping hesitant or anxious kids ease into groups. Many children who were nervous at first become regulars who look forward to each session.

  • Yes! Most groups are open to both current clients and new families. Groups are a great way to try our services or supplement existing individual therapy.

  • Drop-in groups (like Social Skills, Teen Hangout, Vibe & Connect) allow you to register session-by-session with no long-term commitment. Commitment-based groups (like the 4-week and 9-week programs) require registration for the full series to ensure continuity and deeper skill development.
