Join an in-person group for youth and teens ages 12–18 designed to build social skills, confidence, and emotional regulation in a fun, inclusive environment. This one-shot Dungeons & Dragons adventure is a low-commitment way to try something new, making it a great option for kids who are curious about D&D, while experienced players are also welcome. Using the magic of role-playing, the program supports cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. Led by Rebecca D’Agostin (RSW, BSW) and our experienced Dungeon Master, Tony, each session combines structured game play with opportunities for connection, communication, and personal growth.

A Day in the Life After D&D
Imagine this: Your teen eagerly looks forward to Thursday nights, excited to play and connect with their new group. They come home energized, sharing stories of teamwork and triumph. You notice them becoming more confident, creative, and socially engaged.

How D&D Can Help

Through this D&D group, your teen will:

  • Develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills through complex scenarios

  • Enhance creativity and imagination by creating characters and story lines

  • Practice emotional regulation and self-expression through role-playing

  • Build communication and teamwork skills while forming new friendships

Here’s what to expect:

  • When: The first and third Thursday of the month 6 PM to 8:00 PM

  • Facilitators: Rebecca D’Agostin, RSW, and Dungeon Master Tony

  • Fee: $100 per session - eligible for most insurances with Social Work coverage
