We have immediate daytime availability for both individual and couples counselling.

There is a 4-6 week wait for evening/weekend appointments for couples and children.

InnerWorks Counselling is a teaching practice. We work with Master level or higher interns who have completed their education and have chosen to support their community and refine their clinical skills under supervision. Please indicate if you are open to working with one of our Interns by checking this on the form when prompted.

Evening and weekend appointments often book up quickly and may not be available for several weeks. For faster scheduling, consider your availability during our daytime hours (8 AM–4 PM). We offer both online and in-person appointments to accommodate your needs.
