Chantel has a Bachelor of Social Work graduate currently pursuing her Master of Social Work at King’s University College. She brings a compassionate, community-focused approach to her work, grounded in the belief that healing happens through connection, collaboration, and creating spaces where people feel seen, heard, and valued.
With a strong passion for social justice, grief work, and community building, Chantel is committed to supporting individuals through life transitions, experiences of loss, and moments of change. She believes that each person brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives to their healing journey, and she works collaboratively with clients to honour their stories while exploring meaningful paths forward.
Alongside her work as a therapeutic coach, Chantel works as a Project Manager and Research Assistant on a community action-based disabilities research project, where she supports initiatives focused on inclusion, accessibility, and amplifying lived experiences. She has also created and co-facilitated creative arts and grief workshops, integrating opportunities for reflection, expression, and connection into her work with communities.
Chantel’s approach is rooted in curiosity, empathy, and co-creation. She values working alongside individuals rather than simply providing answers, recognizing that clients are the experts in their own lives. She strives to create a supportive environment where individuals can explore their experiences, build self-understanding, and develop tools that align with their goals and values.
Through her work, Chantel hopes to contribute to spaces that foster belonging, resilience, and meaningful connection. She is passionate about walking alongside clients as they navigate challenges, celebrate growth, and create lives that feel authentic to who they are.
