This is a full-time, on-site position in London, Ontario.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide One-on-One Therapy: Offer high-quality counselling services to a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults.

  • Facilitate Group Programs: Lead or co-lead groups focused on social skills, executive functioning, and other specialized areas, as appropriate.

  • Develop Treatment Plans: Conduct assessments, create personalized treatment goals, and continually evaluate client progress.

  • Maintain Client Records: Document clinical notes and ensure compliance with professional and legal standards.

  • Collaborate with the TeamParticipate in peer consultation, case reviews, and supervision meetings

  • Engage in Continued Learning: Stay current with industry best practices, evolving treatment modalities, and emerging research.

  • Additional Areas of Ownership: We aim to offer a diversified workload so that Team Members can bring their whole selves to work and use a variety of their skillsets and interests. Each Team Member has additional “micro roles” outside of their therapy sessions that contribute to the growth and health of our clinic.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • Master’s degree (or higher) in Counselling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Meets CRPO’s criteria for providing clinical supervision.

  • Current registration with a governing body in Ontario (OCSWSSW, CRPO, or College of Psychologists of Ontario).

  • Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain).

  • Strong technical skills (we use a lot of tech!)

  • Availability 30 hours/week including a minimum of 10 hours per week for evening/weekend appointments

Nice-to-Have:

  • Training in a modality of couples therapy (EFT, RLT)

  • Training in play therapy or other modalities for working with children

  • Training or experience in working with autistic children & teens

  • Training or experience in working with perinatal mood disorders

  • Additional training in bottom-up approaches to therapy that incorporate somatic practices, polyvagal theory, etc.

  • Willingness to train in any of the above

Compensation & Benefits

  • Full-time salary with performance-based bonuses. 

    • Salary: $60,000-$77,500

    • Bonuses starting at $1250/quarter (based on performance)
