This weekly, single-sign-up hangout is entirely youth-driven, letting teens connect naturally over anime, movies, gaming, and PowerPoint nights. There is absolutely zero pressure and no forced participation—if the group is watching a film but your teen prefers to play tabletop cards, we do both! Supported by our expert clinical team, we keep the room safe, neurodivergent-affirming, and stocked with popcorn, subtly building real-world social skills and self-advocacy while the teens are just having fun.
Pokémon Go Adventure
Ages 7-18
Turn screen time into real-world friendship and exercise with Southwestern Ontario’s premier youth group providers. This low-pressure, therapist-led single session hooks kids and teens using their favorite game, bringing them out of indoor isolation and onto the pavement to conquer Pokémon Gyms, coordinate Raid Battles, and build authentic peer connections. Guided by multiple facilitators to ensure same-age grouping, participants naturally practice communication and emotional regulation, and if the weather turns, the adventure safely pivots indoors to strategic, card-based Pokémon gameplay so the connection never stops.
Girls Creative Empowerment Art Group
Ages 13-18
If your teen daughter feels isolated and overwhelmed by the pressure to be perfect, the Girls Creative Empowerment Art Group turns shared creativity into quiet confidence, while she thinks she's just making art.
This therapeutic art group helps girls build self-acceptance, authentic friendships, and emotional regulation through low-pressure, hands-on creating.
D&D Extended Campaigns
Ages 12-18
This immersive 9-week therapeutic program turns the cooperative storytelling of Dungeons & Dragons into a powerful framework for clinical growth. Facilitated by a therapist alongside skilled Dungeon Masters, the group guides teens through rich, adventure-filled campaigns that require real-time problem-solving, active listening, and conflict resolution. While the participants focus on navigating the game's fantasy universe, they are actively practicing advanced communication, emotional regulation, and teamwork skills that translate directly into their everyday lives.
D&D One Shot Adventures
Ages 12-18
For families seeking the clinical benefits of roleplaying games without a multi-week commitment, these standalone, single-session therapeutic adventures are offered twice a month. The low-pressure format introduces teens to the collaborative storytelling mechanics of Dungeons & Dragons, challenging them to communicate and compromise to achieve shared in-game goals. It serves as an accessible, high-engagement entry point for anxious or isolated youth to experience a supportive peer dynamic and build quiet confidence through structured play.
Teen Hangout
Ages 15+
Led by a Registered Psychotherapist, the Teen Hangout is a judgment-free, single session style evening group created specifically for older teens who find themselves withdrawing from peers due to social anxiety or academic stress. The sessions combine open-ended conversation, cooperative board games, and creative arts to establish a supportive, organic environment where connection happens without forced icebreakers. With no long-term commitment required, it provides a safe, consistent space for teens to conquer isolation, practice emotional regulation, and step out of their comfort zones.
Sr. Minecraft Group
Ages 13-18
Aimed at socially isolated teens who lack the motivation to socialize or feel overwhelmed by traditional social environments, this monthly four-week program offers a relaxed Sunday meetup centered around collaborative gaming. By utilizing Minecraft as a low-pressure social buffer, the group bypasses initial conversational awkwardness, allowing neurodivergent and socially anxious teens to interact organically. Participants learn to express themselves, collaborate on digital builds, and form authentic, real-world community bonds with peers who truly understand them.
Social Skills Group
Ages 7-13
This therapist-led monthly group offers a safe, low-pressure environment for children struggling with turn-taking, sharing, or peer rejection to practice vital friendship skills. Utilizing high-interest activities like board games, LEGO, and guided interactive play, the program helps children manage social anxiety and navigate peer dynamics without the pressure of a long-term commitment. It is open to all children, including tailored activities that explicitly support individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in improving cooperation and communication.
Jr. Minecraft Group
Ages 7-12
Designed for children who experience isolation, recess loneliness, or meltdowns during group activities, this monthly four-week Sunday program uses the popular game of Minecraft as a therapeutic bridge to real-world connection. By embedding evidence-based interventions into collaborative gameplay, a trained therapist guides participants through hands-on scenarios that naturally build essential communication, teamwork, and emotional regulation skills. It is an ideal setting for London, Ontario kids to transform their favorite digital hobby into lasting real-world friendships and social confidence.
