Chill, Chat, Be You!

Take part in a group for youth ages 11–14 designed to support social growth, confidence, and connection in a fun and supportive setting. Led by trained facilitators, each session provides an inclusive space where everyone can feel seen, supported, and part of the group.

Activities will include:

  • Collaborative LEGO builds

  • Board games

  • Creative arts and crafts

  • Collaborative play on the Nintendo Switch

  • And more!

Group Details

  • Who: Youth  aged 11-14

  • When: The last Sunday of the Month 3PM-430PM

  • Where: 4562 Colonel Talbot Road

  • Cost: $80 per session

    • Receipts provided (may be eligible for private insurance or OAP funding)

  • Flexibility: Register for single sessions as needed

Who Can Join?

This group is open to current clients and non-clients alike.

All sessions are therapeutic and led by a Registered Social Worker.

●     Grow a stronger sense of self through group activities and conversations
