Chill, Chat, Be You!
This group provides a welcoming and inclusive space where youth can build confidence, develop social skills, and create meaningful connections with peers. Led by trained facilitators, each session promotes self-expression, collaboration, and a sense of community. Participants are encouraged to choose activities that feel most comfortable for them—whether that’s chatting with peers, playing games, creating art, or teaming up on projects like building a LEGO® set.
Activities will include:
Building with LEGO® sets
Playing board and card games
Exploring creative arts and crafts
Engaging in collaborative play on the Nintendo Switch
And more!
Group Details
Who: Youth aged 11-14
When: The second Sunday of the Month 3PM-430PM
Where: 4562 Colonel Talbot Road
Cost: $80 per session
Receipts provided (may be eligible for private insurance or OAP funding)
Flexibility: Register for single sessions as needed

This group is open to current clients and non-clients alike.
All sessions are therapeutic and led by a Registered Social Worker.
