Hillary Says
The daily routine of life can often feel overwhelming, hectic, and difficult to manage. With numerous expectations and tasks it can seem like a constant juggling act that becomes heavy over time. Within the hustle and bustle of day to day, relationships can become challenging, and it can start to feel like no one really understands what you are going through.
During sessions, my hope is that we can work collaboratively to discuss what works best for you and your family, to develop strategies and supports that can alleviate this weight and build connection. My focus is on establishing a safe and nurturing environment where children, youth and families can freely express themselves, explore emotions, and develop the necessary skills to continue to navigate life’s complexities.
Recognizing the crucial role families play in the well-being of children and youth, my work extends beyond the individual to encompass close collaboration with their families and support networks. By fostering strong partnerships and equipping parents and caregivers with the knowledge and tools they need, we can build an environment that encourages growth and resilience.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and your family.
