What Parents Experience?

Does this sound familiar?

  • Mornings are chaotic as your child refuses to get ready for school.

  • Mealtimes turn into power struggles, and evenings feel like a battle to get your child to sleep.

  • Your work is interrupted by calls from school asking you to pick up your child.

  • Stress and tension fill your home, leaving everyone emotionally drained.

When anxiety takes hold, it impacts every area of family life—from relationships and routines to work and social connections.

A Day in the Life Before SPACE

Picture this: It's 7:30 AM. Your child refuses to get out of bed, saying their stomach hurts. As you try to help them dress, they cling to you, crying and begging not to go to school. The morning spirals into frustration and tears for everyone. At work, you're distracted, worrying about another call from school. The cycle continues into the evening with bedtime struggles, leaving you and your family exhausted.

How SPACE Can Help

Through SPACE, you’ll learn to:

  • Stop the cycle of accommodating anxiety.

  • Set healthy boundaries while supporting your child’s confidence and independence.

  • Develop practical strategies to reduce anxiety and restore peace to your home.

Imagine

Imagine a morning where your child dresses and heads to school confidently, while you enjoy coffee and prepare for your day. Picture family dinners filled with laughter and connection instead of battles. Envision a home where boundaries and routines bring peace, and your child grows in independence and self-assurance.

A Day in the Life After SPACE

Now imagine this: It’s 7:30 AM. Your child gets dressed independently and eats breakfast without hesitation. They wave goodbye as they confidently head off to school. You have time for coffee and start your day with a clear mind. The evening is calm—everyone enjoys dinner together, and your child goes to bed feeling safe and secure.
