What Parents and Teens Experience
Does this sound familiar?

  • Your teen’s emotions often feel unpredictable and overwhelming.

  • You struggle to find the right words to support your teen when they’re upset.

  • Family communication breaks down when stress and tension rise.

  • As a parent, you feel unsure of how to best help your teen build resilience in the face of anxiety, anger, or frustration.

A Day in the Life Before the Workshop
Picture this: Your teen’s mood swings are leaving both of you exhausted. Communication feels tense, and every emotional outburst turns into a battle. You feel like you’re walking on eggshells, not knowing how to support your teen through tough moments. As a parent, you feel overwhelmed, unsure of how to help them navigate the emotional storm.

Imagine the Possibilities
Now, picture this:

  • Your teen feels more in control of their emotions, knowing how to calm themselves down when stress builds up.

  • Family conversations become more understanding, with both you and your teen using new tools to express yourselves.

  • You feel confident in your ability to support your teen and communicate in a way that strengthens your bond.

  • Your teen has the coping skills to handle tough situations with resilience and calm.
